At Shoes For Crews Europe, we want to ensure your safety and comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn footwear within 30 days of receipt. Our streamlined return process is designed to get you back on your feet with the perfect pair as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
